Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and private equity sponsor on value creation, anticipating opportunities and risks before they surface
• Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management across the business
• Significantly improve the quality, speed, and usefulness of financial reporting so leadership can look ahead rather than react
• Build forecasting models tied to the core drivers of revenue and EBITDA, including hiring, retention, staffing levels, and customer mix
• Create KPI dashboards that link financial results to operational performance at the site level
• Strengthen annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
• Drive the financial side of an active add-on acquisition program, from diligence and modeling through integration, across existing and new markets
• Oversee financial reporting and performance for a portfolio of joint ventures and partnership structures
• Manage cash, leverage, covenant compliance, and capital allocation
• Lead and develop teams across FP&A, accounting, and financial operations, and build out analytics to support the company's technology investments
• Earn the trust of leadership, operators, and investors through clear, consistent communication of both wins and concerns

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven CFO experience in a private equity-backed, multi-location business
• Experience leading finance through a sponsor-to-sponsor transaction
• Deep M&A and integration experience, including deal structuring and its tax implications
• Strong skills in modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Experience managing the financial complexities of joint ventures or partnership ownership structures
• A track record of close collaboration with operating teams in a decentralized environment
• Executive presence and the ability to influence a strong leadership team and board
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and bringing structure quickly to complex situations
• A hands-on, data-driven approach and a habit of identifying and capturing quick wins without being asked
• A committed people leader focused on developing and mentoring the team
• Experience in a highly regulated services industry is a plus
