Job summary

Fedcap Families, a member of The Fedcap Group, seeks a mission-minded Participant Success Advisor in Augusta, ME. You will greet participants, guide them through program services, and help promote self-sufficiency, while supporting the Success Center across calls, live chat, and in-person interactions.

As part of a collaborative team, you will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, verify information, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum of one year in administrative support, customer service, retail services, or program coordination.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants and support arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Provide empathetic interactions, build trust, and promote safety and belonging.
• Document participant interactions clearly within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with teams statewide and support center operations for service delivery.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person with clear communication.
• Maintain accurate participant records and support daily center operations.
• Support Work Support requests by verifying eligibility and resolving missing information.
• Prepare participant areas, update materials, and ensure supplies are current.

Education
