SAG-AFTRA Health Plans is seeking a Participant Representative II to support our transforming Plans. You will be the first point of contact for participants, handling incoming calls, walk-ins, email and chat inquiries, and providing accurate information about retiree health benefits.

This role requires excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to multi-task under limited supervision while identifying trends to improve operations. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 1+ year in a customer service position.
• Demonstrates customer focus and problem solving to meet customer needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences.
• Keeps commitments and maintains accountability for actions and results.
• Ability to multitask and meet production deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• De-escalate conflicts and reduce caller stress.
• Walk-in support with in-person interaction.
• Manage email inquiries and route to appropriate teams.
• Handle chat inquiries and respond to participants.
• Participate in process improvements and report operational issues.
• Identify and document error trends and inform management of problems.
• Attend meetings as assigned and report major points or actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
