Headlands Research, a growing network of clinical trial sites across the US and Canada, is seeking a proactive project coordinator. You will support participant recruitment, start-up activities, timelines and compliance across the network.

In this role you will oversee sponsor budgets, track expenditures, and optimize marketing investments while coordinating regulatory submissions and vendor deliverables. A 2-5 year track record in project coordination or marketing ops with a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project coordination or marketing operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
