Altasciences seeks a Participant Marketing Coordinator to support recruitment marketing for clinical trials. You will coordinate newsletters, social media calendars, paid ads, and advertising plans while ensuring compliance with protocol and GCP/SOPs.

You will manage budgets, respond to participant inquiries, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver effective campaigns and study-specific materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma completed.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with Social media paid ads and Marketing tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and industry specific manuals.
• Ability to write advanced reports and correspondence.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Create and execute newsletters to participants according to the brand guide.
• Prepare, schedule, plan and optimize social media calendar and paid ads.
• Coordinate with graphic designer for marketing materials.
• Prepare global and study-specific advertising plans.
• Manage pass-through budget and billing to sponsors.
• Respond to comments, messages and complaints from participants.
• Produce marketing taglines to attract participants to studies.
• Submit IRB packages for advertising material as needed.
• Coordinate translation vendors and internal reviews.
• Submit and track referrals, PO requests and invoicing.
