Job summary

North Bay Regional Center seeks a Participant Choice Coordinator to expand SDP services and support staff in accessing these services. You will help create budgets, manage spending plans, and train teams to implement SDP practices across NBRC programs.

The role requires collaboration with case management, families, and service providers to ensure timely access to Participant Choice services and adherence to regulations. A hybrid work arrangement may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years’ experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide referrals to Self-Determination Orientation.
• Work with Case Management to develop the Self-Determination Budget.
• Review Spending Plan for compliance with laws and directives.
• Organize and maintain SDP referrals and enrollments.
• Enter information into database.
• Coordinate meetings for new participants and renewals.
