Job summary

Regional Center of the East Bay seeks a Self-Determination Program/ Participant Choice Specialist to oversee SDP activities, train staff and community partners, and ensure compliance with SDP standards. This role serves as a primary contact for Agency staff and the SDP Volunteer Local Advisory Committee.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, tracking outcomes, and collaborating with related departments to implement participant-centered services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, social work or a human services field with 2 years of related experience or education.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, social work or a human services field with 4 years of related experience or education.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate and modify SDP activities for RCEB.
• Conduct orientation and training for staff, consumers, and families on SDP/Participant Choice.
