Qualifications

• Requires a college degree with one year of experience or a high school diploma with three years of supervised experience in positive behavior support and teaching ADL/Instrumental skills to individuals with IDD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building relationships with children, families and professionals.
• Ability to work independently following established protocols.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized service plans tailored to each child.
• Provide behavioral interventions in home and community settings.
• Actively manage youth with behavioral challenges.
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment and initiate safety standards.
• Monitor and document observations to adjust daily activities to therapy goals.
• Develop and implement engaging recreational activities supporting emotional and social growth.
