Qualifications

• College degree with 1 year of experience or HS diploma/GED with 3 years supervised experience in implementing positive behavior support plans and teaching ADL/Instrumental skills to individuals with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized service plans in home and community settings.
• Provide behavioral interventions in home and community settings.
• Monitor and document observations of youth behavior for adjustments to activities.
• Develop and implement engaging recreational activities to support emotional and social growth.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the youth.
