Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college credits in social work or psychology preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to adapt, stay organized, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily care and activities for respite clients, including transportation as directed.
• Collaborate with agency leaders, therapists, and staff to follow treatment plans while maintaining confidentiality.
• Learn and apply teaching models (PACE) and KidsTLC philosophy to foster a positive learning environment.
• Respond promptly to crises with care and professionalism and report as required.
• Maintain documentation and records, ensuring quality standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Complete required trainings such as First Aid, CPR, PACE, ESPI, and state-m mandated trainings.
• Maintain sight and sound of residence in accordance with state regulations.
