The Tender Bridge, Inc. seeks a Program Director to lead and expand our programming for the Jr Banners cohort (ages 9–14) and participate with older youth up to 25.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day programming for Jr Banners (ages 9–14) and cross-cohort activities with older participants.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar of sports, enrichment, mentorship, and community activities.
• Recruit, engage, and retain participants; build positive relationships with families.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants.
• Coordinate events, practices, games, tournaments, and related activities; work with partners to create opportunities.
