Job summary

The Lead Youth Development Professional supports and leads daily programs for Pre-K–2nd grade members in our licensed Club. This role focuses on developing and delivering high-quality programs, ensuring safety, consistency, and engagement while creating a fun, supportive environment where every child can learn and grow.

Responsibilities include leading activities in Academic Success, Character & Leadership, and Healthy Lifestyles, mentoring youth, and maintaining a clean, safe space.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and deliver age-appropriate programs and activities.
• Model positive behavior and act as a mentor for Club members, staff and volunteers.
• Create a safe, inclusive space where every child feels valued and supported.
• Assist youth with behavioral challenges using positive guidance and teamwork.
• Track attendance and complete basic reports on program success.
