Job summary

Wasatch Behavioral Health in Orem, Utah, is seeking a Part-Time Human Service Worker for our Aspire Academy Program to support adolescent females ages 12–17 in a structured, therapeutic setting. You will provide compassionate supervision and help youth navigate challenges such as trauma, self-harm, substance use, and family disruption.

This position offers a schedule with varied hours and a pay range of $17.50–$22.17 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills desired.
Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations.
Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate support and supervision to adolescent clients in a structured, therapeutic setting.
Build positive relationships while modeling healthy behaviors and coping skills.
Facilitate daily routines, structured activities, and skills-based groups.
Support clients through crises and help maintain a safe, stable environment.
Document client interactions, behaviors, and progress accurately.
Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and team members to support client care.
