Wasatch Behavioral Health in Orem, Utah is seeking a Part-Time Human Service Worker for the Aspire Academy Program. You will support adolescent females ages 12–17 in a structured, therapeutic setting, providing supervision and compassionate care.

Schedule includes Sunday–Thursday/Friday, 7am-3pm or 1pm-9pm; compensation range $17.50–$22.17/hour. This role involves crisis support, documentation, and collaboration with therapists to help youth navigate trauma and recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, patient and grounded in challenging situations.
• Reliable, team-oriented and eager to learn.
• Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.
• Employment contingent upon a drug screen and criminal background checks.

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Human Service Worker, earning $17.50–$22.17/hour, at our Aspire Academy Program in Orem, Utah. In this role, you'll support adolescent females ages 12–17 in a structured, therapeutic setting, many of whom are in state custody and need intensive mental health support and supervision. You'll build meaningful connections while helping clients navigate challenges like trauma, self-harm, substance use, and family disruption. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday/Friday (varies with program needs), 7am-3 pm and/or 1pm-9 pm (hours are varied)

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
