Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a commitment to safe programming. You will plan and supervise education programs, train instructors, and collaborate with schools, parents and partners to promote student achievement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in youth programs and supervision is beneficial.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, evaluates and oversees educational activities and programs.
• Monitors educational delivery and plans improvements with education staff.
• Trains and guides education instructors to ensure youth well-being and program quality.
• Communicates with parents, members and partner agencies about tutoring and learning opportunities.
• Manages grants and completes monthly reports.
