Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Two years’ experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar org.
• Knowledge of curriculum and training design.
• Strong youth development knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and oversee educational activities and programs.
• Monitor delivery and coordinate improvements with staff.
• Oversee grants and monthly reporting.
• Train instructors to ensure healthy development of youth.
• Engage with parents and partner schools to align tutoring and homework help.
• Ensure safety and well-being of members.
