Job summary

Regal Teen Center seeks a Part-time Education Director to lead educational programs and support youth learning. The role involves planning, evaluating, and expanding activities such as tutoring and project-based learning to improve educational outcomes for members.

The Education Director will supervise staff, collaborate with schools and partners, and manage program budgets and grants while ensuring a safe, supportive environment for youth development and learning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and youth development theory.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements educational activities and programs.
• Monitors delivery and plans improvements with education staff.
• Tutors youth to support homework and learning goals.
• Trains and guides education instructors for effective delivery.
• Engages with schools, parents, and partner agencies.
• Manages grant requirements including monthly reports.
