Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support Carver Club members after school and in programs that empower healthy choices and self-esteem. This part-time 20-29 hour role focuses on planning activities, tracking attendance, and promoting inclusive, engaging experiences for youth.

You will help implement curricula, collect feedback, and ensure safety and policy adherence, while collaborating with families and staff to foster youth leadership and

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Within 6 months: CPR/First Aid/SCAN training or equivalent.
Within 6 months: two non-credit DCF-approved classes.
12 related college credits or Registry Level 6 (Level 2).
Associates degree or higher with Level 9 Registry (Level 3).
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Level 4).

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing and implementing program activities.
Gather information from members, track attendance and report results.
Follow BGCGM policies, safety and reporting procedures.
Generate monthly/quarterly/annual reports as requested.
Support families and collaborate with community partners.
Provide guidance through supportive relationships with members.
