Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Wound Care Center in Glen Ridge, NJ. The RN will provide direct patient care, manage intake/discharge procedures, and may support vein clinic activities after specialized training.

The role requires active NJ RN licensure, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting. HBO duties and potential case management responsibilities may be assigned.

Qualifications

• RN with current license in state of practice (NJ).
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care or medical-surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge as assigned.
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics Vein Clinic training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients as assigned.
• Perform nursing assessments, document care plans, evaluate patient status.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educate patients/families.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• Collaborate with other providers regarding clinic and patient needs.
• May function as Documentation Assistant (scribe) per policy.
• Other duties as required.
