Job summary

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part-time wound care role. You will assess wounds, develop treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a healthcare team to improve resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active NP license in Minnesota, with at least 1 year of wound care experience and strong communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills. Flexible scheduling and malpractice insurance are supported.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families on wound care, prevention, and management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Active license in state of employment.
