Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team for a part-time wound care role. You will conduct wound assessments, develop treatment plans and educate patients and families on prevention and management.

Operate within a collaborative team, maintain precise documentation, and leverage EMR systems. The ideal candidate holds an active license with at least one year of wound care experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active state license required.
• Minimum 1 year wound care experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records.

Responsabilités

• Conduct wound assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
