Responsibilities

• Provide confidential pastoral care to employees and their immediate families.
• Make regular weekly visits to client worksites and build relationships of trust.
• Coordinate ministry services with client companies and executive leadership.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and provide follow-up support during grief.
• Offer resources and referrals for personal issues and life challenges.
