Corporate Chaplains of America is seeking a part-time Workplace Chaplain to provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, and crisis response within assigned businesses in Dallas. The role emphasizes relational ministry beyond traditional church settings, serving employees and their families with compassion and presence.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of secular workplace experience, a biblical studies degree, and a heartfelt commitment to servant leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of full-time secular workplace experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related ministry field from an accredited college or university
• Strong Christian faith and commitment to servant leadership.
• Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, office, and workplace environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet platforms, and mobile communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential employee care, spiritual support, pastoral care, and crisis response services within assigned businesses and organizations.
• Build caring relationships with employees and workplace leaders to promote trust and support.
• Provide regular onsite workplace chaplain care and relationship-based ministry within assigned businesses.
• Offer prayer, encouragement, practical care, and compassionate presence when welcomed.
• Respond to crises, hospitalizations, grief situations, and family emergencies.
• Maintain effective two-way communication with employees, company leadership, and CCA leadership.
• Demonstrate professionalism and servant leadership in all interactions.
• Follow the CCA Team Member Handbook and organizational training materials.
