Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Elgin, IL is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team at a T-Mobile Premium Retailer. You will be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering friendly service, explaining plans, and helping customers find the right devices and options.

With base pay plus commission, you can earn up to $20+ per hour (all in) and advance with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months retail or sales experience with strong customer focus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs; provide world-class service.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Open, close and operate the store, including cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory standards.
• Assist with activations, plan changes, upgrades and bill payments.
• Achieve and exceed assigned performance metrics.
