Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is seeking a wireless consultant in Hyattsville, MD to deliver excellent customer service and promote Cricket Wireless products. Part-time role with flexible hours, including weekends, at multiple locations. You will learn promos, update policies, and assist customers with plans while maintaining store standards.

The position emphasizes customer-focused selling, teamwork, and proactive engagement in a fast-paced environment. Previous wireless or retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales preferred but not required.
• Management experience is not required, but preferred for moving into store leadership/ownership.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, POS systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly & timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
• Learning new promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Administrative and operational tasks – filing paperwork, communicating with management to resolve issues.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stocks accessories, and keeps displays current and compliant to standards.
• Balances customer experience with performance goals; sells wireless phones, service plans and accessories.
