Crystal Mountain is seeking a part-time Parking Attendant to manage vehicle flow and traffic control in designated lots at Crystal Mountain, WA. You will assist guests with parking, monitor reservations, and report violations to ensure a safe, organized experience.

As a Parking Attendant at Crystal Mountain Ski Resort in Washington, you will be responsible for managing vehicle flow and traffic control within designated parking lots, assisting guests with parking, and ensuring smooth entry and exit operations. You will also maintain vehicle counts, monitor reservation compliance using handheld systems, and report any parking violations. Excellent communication, guest service, and coordination with supervisors are essential to ensure a safe and organized parking experience for all visitors.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, other employees, Supervisors. Working outside in adverse weather conditions for long periods of time. This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation. Strong ability to drive in all types of weather conditions Adapt to daily lot conditions changes due to snowpack or large amount of customer for a specific day Ability to remove or shovel snow to increase additional lot space for parking. Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds of equipment on an occasional basis. Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, bending, reaching, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling. Ability to speak and or engage with guests, employees and supervisors daily, along with having working knowledge of Crystal Mountain. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
