Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a part-time Parking Attendant to manage vehicle flow and traffic control in designated lots at Crystal Mountain, WA. You will assist guests with parking, monitor reservations, and report violations to ensure a safe, organized experience.

Responsibilities include counting vehicles, coordinating with supervisors, setting up lots, and helping guests with directions. The role requires outdoor work, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Outdoor parking experience in extreme weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and assist guests in busy conditions.
• physically able to lift up to 20 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicles and traffic control at entrances/exits.
• Assist guests with parking and locate vehicles.
• Report parking violations to supervisors.
• Maintain daily vehicle counts and coordinate with parking leads.
• Greet guests and answer questions about directions and parking.
