Job summary

Isthmus Wellness is seeking a Part-Time Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This role splits time between our Madison and Sauk Prairie locations and is ideal for someone who loves helping others, staying organized, and contributing to a holistic health clinic.

We’re looking for someone proactive, dependable, and with excellent communication skills, who can build trusting relationships with clients while maintaining HIPAA-compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone, text, email and other platforms.
• Schedule and manage client appointments across two locations.
• Welcome new clients and provide friendly clinic tours.
• Educate clients about wellness services and therapies.
• Learn about top health products and confidently share information.
• Discuss wellness options and therapy benefits with clients.
• Set up clients for PEMF, salt chamber and sauna sessions.
• Support practitioners at both clinic locations.
• Keep the wellness center clean, organized, and stocked.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Lift up to 20 pounds and navigate stairs comfortably.

Isthmus Wellness is looking for a Part-Time Wellness Coordinator to join our team! This position will split time between our Madison and Sauk Prairie locations and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of the many moving pieces of a wellness clinic.

• Lift up to 20 pounds and comfortably navigate stairs

Compensation

$16.00–$19.00 per hour
