Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ with basic exercise science knowledge.
• High school diploma; strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of YMCA wellness programs.
• Basic computer hardware and software skills.
• Excellent organizational, scheduling, and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Current CPR AED, First Aid, Safety & Risk Management certifications (or equivalent)
• Keep certifications current through continuing education.
