Westfield YMCA is seeking a part-time Wellness Advisor II to support member wellness onboarding, conduct individualized appointments, and connect members with relevant programs. You will help members achieve their wellness goals while maintaining a safe, encouraging environment.

The role requires knowledge of exercise science, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours at the Westfield, IN location.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of exercise science and wellness principles.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new YMCA members through wellness appointments and connect them to appropriate programs.
• Conduct one-on-one wellness sessions to support member goals and follow up on progress.
• Ensure safety of strength and cardio areas and support a motivating environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate record-keeping of member interactions.
