Bass Pro Shops in Rogers, AR is seeking a Part-Time Greeter to welcome guests and support front-end operations. You will greet customers, provide information, promote programs, and hand out promotional materials in a friendly, energetic manner.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing processes while staying motivated. This role includes occasional physical duties and a focus on delivering an outstanding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes store programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pickup).
• Models professional image per dress code and displays welcoming behavior.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise returns and vendor visitors.
• Notifies about events, sales, and promotions and distributes promotional materials.
• Ensures clean, safe entryway and work area.
• Assists with guest firearm check-in by notifying the Outfitter; greeters do not handle firearms.
• Other duties as assigned.
