Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) for part-time weekend shifts. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $35-40 per hour, with a consistent Saturday and Sunday schedule plus one weekday.

You will serve as the on-site clinical leader, supervising weekend staff to ensure safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance, while supporting teamwork, professional development, and ongoing quality initiatives across the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively.
• Participate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Support facility quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts.
