Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC seeks an Weekend Supervisor (RN) to oversee weekend clinical and operational activities, ensuring safe, high-quality, resident-centered care. This on-site role serves as the on-site clinical leader, supporting nursing staff, addressing resident needs, and ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited RN, SC license, and experience in long-term care with supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support weekend nursing staff during weekend shifts.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally.
