Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) for a part-time weekend shift. You will oversee clinical and operational activities, leading on-site staff and ensuring safe, high-quality resident care on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
Active and unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise weekend nursing staff during shifts.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership.
Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively.
Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Support facility quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts.
