Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tour facility buildings and premises to prevent fires, theft, vandalism, and intruders.
• Monitor status of lightbulbs and assist with floor care.
• Maintain accurate work order logs and documentation.
• Assist Director of Facilities for special projects.
• Assist with snow removal in winter months.
• Support Community Life or Campus Services team.
