Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in security, maintenance, facilities, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Able to stay alert during overnight shifts.
• Strong judgment and emergency response skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled interior and exterior security rounds.
• Monitor entrances, parking areas, and grounds for unusual activity.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies and assist residents and staff.
• Document incidents and shift reports.
