Job summary

Water Country is seeking a part-time Security Agent to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff at our Portsmouth, NH location. You will enforce park rules, monitor assets, and respond calmly to emergencies while coordinating with teams.

The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong customer service in English. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• NH Security Identification Card preferred but not required.
• 1+ year of security or related experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Enforce park rules and safety policies.
• Monitor park assets to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Maintain vigilance during park operations and report issues.
• Conduct bag checks to prevent prohibited items.
• Communicate issues to leadership in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and manage crowd control.
• Coordinate with teams and first responders during incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
