Job summary

Water Country in New Hampshire is seeking a Security Agent to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. The role requires alertness, problem-solving, and strong customer service to respond to incidents and emergencies while upholding park rules.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of security experience; NH Security ID is preferred but not required. Flexible scheduling and 24/7 readiness may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enforce all park rules and regulations.
• Monitor park assets to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Maintain vigilance while park operates; communicate issues promptly.
• Conduct bag checks to prevent prohibited items.
• Ensure compliance with policies to create a safe environment.
• Monitor guest safety and report conflicts to supervisors.
• Assist in emergencies and crowd control as needed.
• Collaborate with park departments and emergency personnel.
