AdventHealth in Glendale Heights, IL, seeks a Part-Time Nursing Supervisor for night-weekend coverage (Sat/Sun, 7:00pm–7:30am). The role provides clinical and administrative supervision after hours, managing staff and resources to meet department goals and ensure safe patient care.

Required: Associate’s in Nursing, RN license, 3+ years nursing, 1+ year supervisory experience, and proficiency with nursing software and Office tools. CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• RN license required and CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications.
• 1+ year of supervisory or charge nurse leadership experience.
• 3+ years of nursing experience.
• Proficient in nursing computer applications and Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision after hours.
• Manage hospital personnel and resources to meet standards and goals.
• Reassign staff to optimize skills and workloads.
• Conduct rounds and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in hospital and medical staff committees as assigned.
• Coordinate emergency responses and maintain policy compliance.
