Job summary

StoryPoint in Medina, OH is seeking a part-time Receptionist to provide courteous service to residents and visitors. This role features weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 7am-3pm) with pay at 14 USD per hour.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, directing calls, assisting with leasing coordination, mail handling, and supporting maintenance and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Answer routine inquiries by phone.
• Greet residents and guests professionally.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer residents and families to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail and packages to residents and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of resident apartments and facilities.
• Reserve private dining area for residents and guests.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for work orders and information.
• Understand emergency procedures and notification systems.
• Perform tasks following company policies.
• Work independently in a professional environment.
• Assist with accounting duties as assigned.
