Job summary

StoryPoint Waterville is seeking a Receptionist to greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and support front-desk operations at 1470 Pray Blvd, Waterville, OH.

This part-time position offers a pay of $13 per hour, with a schedule of 2–4 weekdays from 3:45pm to 8:00pm and alternating weekends from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and strong Microsoft Office skills, and will help coordinate mail, visitor checks, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and properly transfer calls to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer all prospective residents and families to the Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, internal messages and packages to residents and staff.
