Monarch Communities is seeking a part-time Concierge to greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and support sales and marketing efforts. The role reports to the Business Office Director and is an hourly, non-exempt position with weekend hours.
You will handle mail, monitor security systems, update emergency contacts, maintain supplies, and assist with administrative tasks across departments. A high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills, plus comfort with Microsoft Office, are

The Concierge will report to Business Office Director. This position is a non-exempt, hourly position.
Schedule
Part-time: Saturday and Sunday 3:30p-10:30p
Salary Range
$17.25- $17.45
Job Overview
Provides a positive first impression to all who enter the community. Provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of sales and marketing efforts. Responds to incoming calls and provides clerical support to all departments.
