Job summary

Allied Universal in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor for weekend nights (Saturday-Sunday 6pm-6am). This part-time role oversees security on the assigned shift, supervising officers and coordinating with site supervisor and account management.

The supervisor provides coaching, ensures safety compliance, conducts training, and communicates staffing needs. Candidates must be 21+, have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, pass background and drug screens, and

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Must pass background investigation and drug screen.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless tech.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Communicate staffing needs to management on shift.
• Train and develop officers in technical and professional skills.
• Address grievances with HR and management support.
• Administer JSA and safety programs for site hazards.
• Assist with uniforms, equipment, and vehicles inventories.
• Able to work in varied environments; lift up to 40 pounds; climb stairs/ramps.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
