Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include armed guard card or license (preferred).
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access and verify credentials for staff, visitors, vendors, and vehicles per post orders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Prepare accurate reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, access activity, and observations.
