Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Round Rock, TX is seeking a part-time role with weekend availability to assist in resident activities, plan the monthly calendar, procure performers, provide seminars, and maintain the resident library.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience, plus strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with residents, family and team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized and professional; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the development, planning, implementation and execution of activities for residents.
• Developing monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Driving residents to events and assisting entry/exit of the community vehicle.
