Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three (3) years of driving experience.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the development, planning, implementation, and the execution of the activities for residents.
• Assistingthe development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Driving residents to eventsand assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.
