Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver a resident-focused transportation program. This role combines driving with coordination, scheduling, resident communication, and operational support.

Responsibilities include providing transportation during scheduled days, safely operating vehicles, logging requests in the digital system, maintaining vehicle readiness, and supporting the Entertainment & Programming team with outings while upholding safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ with 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid state Driver’s License with a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services during scheduled hours, including designated medical transportation days.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal transport.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in our digital transportation management system.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections, cleanliness, fueling and good working condition.
• Support Entertainment & Programming with outings, planning, logistics, and return schedules.
• Assist with non-driving tasks during off-driving hours, ensuring productivity.
