Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with Recipients in clients’ homes. You will support and encourage skill-building activities and help bring recipients into the community to grow personal goals outside of the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with benefits including paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate clearly with Recipients and family members.
• Capable of following care plans and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 personal care and support in Recipients' homes.
• Encourage skill-building activities and community participation.
• Assist with daily tasks and monitor wellbeing as directed.
