Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

• Proficiency with event management software (Tripleseat, Prismm).

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients before and on the day of events.
• Provide on-site support to manage setup, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainment providers.
• Oversee event setup, vendor arrivals, guest flow, and tear-down.
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Orchestrate rehearsals and day-of-event coordination.
• Follow event timelines and floor plans based on client preferences and venue logistics.
• Maintain records, contracts, and communication logs.
• Provide post-event feedback and identify areas for improvement.
