Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Website Manager- Temporary to own performance, optimization, and day-to-day management of our website and digital experiences. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll lead enhancements, landing page development, analytics, conversions, and ongoing improvements that support engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of experience managing websites, digital marketing programs, or digital experiences.
• Experience with modern CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, HubSpot CMS, or similar.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and digital measurement frameworks.
• Experience using analytics, heat-mapping, session-recording, A/B testing to evaluate and improve website performance.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting with Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website performance optimization.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and user experience best practices.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own website performance, optimization, and day-to-day management of the website and digital experiences.
• Build and optimize webpages and landing pages supporting fundraising, volunteer recruitment, advocacy, and awareness goals.
• Implement enhancements to improve user experience, accessibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Maintain site health including accessibility standards, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to prioritize and execute improvements.
• Lead analytics, measurement, and conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and related tools.
• Define KPIs and develop reporting linking website performance to organizational goals.
• Analyze traffic and funnels to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Lead testing and optimization to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
• Monitor SEO and content strategy to improve visibility and reach.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Data & Analytics, IT, and vendors.
